Dr. Rabin Subedi is a senior academic and management professional with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. His areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Finance and Investment, and Research Methodology, and he has made significant contributions to management education in Nepal.He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Lincoln University College, Malaysia, an MPA from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, and MBS and BBS degrees in Financial Management from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.Dr. Subedi currently serves as Co-Ordinator of MBS program at Department of Management at Lincoln College, Kathmandu, and has previously worked as CEO of Sustainable Appliances Nepal Pvt. Ltd. and Founder Director of Sparsha Microfinance Ltd. He has also taught at several Tribhuvan University–affiliated colleges.An active researcher, Dr. Subedi has published in Scopus-indexed and international journals and presented papers at international conferences in India and Korea, with a research focus on employee retention and turnover. He has supervised 100+ academic reports and several master’s theses and serves as an External Examiner at Tribhuvan University.With international exposure across India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia, Dr. Subedi continues to be a respected contributor to human resource management research and management education in Nepal
